Invoices will be issued 1 to 3 working days after the procedure or respite services have been rendered. 


You may view all your invoices in the Customer Portal under the "Payment" tab. 


 

For payment via:


1) Credit card [preferred] - You do not need to worry about payment as it will be deducted after the service, accompanied by your invoice, via our secure payment platform.


2) Bank transfer - Please refer to your invoice for payment instructions. Payment is to be made within the next 2 days.


3) Cheque - Please refer to your invoice for payment instructions. Payment is to be made within the next 2 days.
