While we hope that you never have to experience a case where the nurse does not show up, if you ever encounter such a situation, please follow the steps below:

1) Please inform our Customer Service Operations Team by calling our hotline 6717 3737

2) If you still require urgent assistance, please inform our Care Coordinators and we will do our best to assign another JagaPro to your case in the soonest possible time.

3) If you do not require urgent assistance, kindly also inform our Care Coordinators for us to take note that the nurse has not fulfilled the service. You may also let us know when you would like to have a replacement session, if required. 

You will only be charged for services that have been rendered.
