2. Claims will only be accepted through the above link. (with effect from 1 June 2018)
3. Claims will only be processed if it was prior approved and/or instructed by our Care Coordinators. Claims that were not approved by Care Coordinators beforehand will be disregarded.
4. Please attach receipts with all claims.
5. For claims without receipts, it will be processed at Jaga-Me's sole discretion with a maximum cap.
- Consumables: claims must be accompanied with receipts.
- Food: maximum cap $5
- Transport: maximum cap $10
