Kindly send us an email at support@jaga-me.com if you wish to apply for a refund of your remaining Jaga-Credits. 


Refund requests have to be received by us within 6 months after the last utilization of credits. Otherwise, credits will be deemed expired.


Refunds will be done through bank transfer only.


Refunds will take 7-14 working days to process and reflect in your bank statement. 


A processing and administrative fee of 15% of your remaining Jaga-Credits, or $50, whichever is higher, will be deducted.


E.g. If you have 100 JagaCredits left, a $50 processing fee will be deducted. Amount refundable will be $50. 


E.g. If you have 400 JagaCredits left, a $60 processing fee (15% of $400) will be deducted. Amount refundable will be $340. 


Refunds will be done on a case-by-case basis, at Jaga-Me Pte Ltd's sole discretion.
